I just wanted to achieve my ideal BMI dan maintain my stamina and energy! salah satu cara yg paling mudah untuk menghilangkan stress.. Ini adalah jemputan terbuka kepada semua! Mari bersama-sama berjalan kaki, berlari, bersenam setiap hari dan 40 minit setiap sesi...
